We are hiring for our client who is on the lookout for a dedicated WooCommerce developer to enhance our beauty e-commerce platform. We aim for someone with robust coding skills in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, coupled with experience in managing B2C e-commerce retail operations. The successful candidate will be eager to join our growth trajectory and committed to working exclusively with our team—agency or freelance partnerships are not an option. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Take charge of developing, customizing, and maintaining our WooCommerce platform to suit the specific needs of our beauty e-commerce retail business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal and external teams, including marketing, sales, development, and product development, to ensure our business goals and objectives are met.
• Feature Implementation: Innovate and implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations to elevate the performance of our online store and enhance user experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on website performance, security, and uptime to guarantee a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Technical Support: Provide prompt solutions to technical issues, aiming to minimize downtime and swiftly address problems as they arise.
• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and web development to keep our platform cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a WooCommerce developer, or in a similar capacity, is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
• E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing B2C e-commerce retail operations.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility are critical.
• Working Environment: Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
